Norwalk Film Festival Presents Doc Story 101: A hands-on workshop designed to help documentary filmmakers gain the skills to create a rich and nuanced story. Together we’ll learn how to break down a real-life story into discrete plot points, identify key characters & locations, then find the most compelling styles to tell that story. Then, we’ll create a detailed and flexible map of the story– one that you can share and hone with your team through post-production before teaming up with a camera crew to interview real-life subjects.
The workshop is free to attend, but registration is required. Limited spaces available.
