Wall Street Theater

Originally opened in 1914 as The Regent, the theatre, which is part of the Wall Street Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places, underwent an extensive renovation re-opening in 2017 as a performance venue with a 690 seating capacity, and 1,000 standing room.

Factory Underground 

16 Isaacs Street

Factory Underground Studio is a cutting-edge media production company, with award-winning recording engineers, producers, musicians, sound-designers, videographers,. The space includes a 1,500 sq. ft Sound Stage, plus a new 23’ x 24’ rehearsal room.

Studio 67

67 Wall Street

SPACE67 is a multi-purpose creative workspace and studio with a full cyclorama wall. Located in the former home of the Fairfield County Bank. This stunning landmarked building has been repurposed with a modern spin to accommodate commercial and editorial productions.
